According to Arkansas Business, the Outlets are anticipated to generate $100 million in annual retail sales and $6.5 million in annual state sales tax. The construction of the center alone provided for 1,000 jobs, and the store’s retailers will employ around 1,000 people, according to developers.
 
Key to commercial real estate development, the Outlets will increase out-of-state tourism; however, they will also help keep Arkansans’ money in the state, generating revenue locally. In the past, residents had to travel several hours for the outlet shopping experience they can now enjoy right here at home. Those in-state consumers and their spending power will now stay home in greater numbers. "The Outlets are also expected to drive tourism in Pulaski County, which already hosts 5.7 million annual visitors,” also according to Arkansas Business.
 
The Outlets of Little Rock enjoys a variety of tenants, including J. Crew Factory, Nike Factory, Restoration Hardware, Brooks Brothers, GAP, and more.
